    Sheila Blackwell Named Chief Communications Officer At Decision Sciences International Corporation

    Decision Sciences International Corporation (DSIC) has appointed Sheila S. Blackwell Chief Communications Officer, the company announced this week.

    Blackwell will report to Stan Sloane, President and CEO of Decision Sciences, and lead the internal and external communications activities company-wide, including media relations, trade shows and advertising.

    “I am pleased to announce the appointment of Sheila S. Blackwell as Chief Communications Officer, reporting to me.  Sheila has both broad leadership experience and a 25-year track record as a Communications & Marketing professional…
    Please join me in welcoming Sheila to Decision Sciences,” Sloane said in memo to Decision Sciences employees.

    Blackwell has 25 years experience in communications and marketing and recently served as Vice President of Communications & Public Affairs for SRA International.
