    MacAulay-Brown, Inc. Elects Fuchs, Lesser, and Soder to Board of Directors

    Sid Fuchs, MacAulay-Brown, Inc.

    MacAulay-Brown-Inc. (MacB) announced today that Sidney E. Fuchs, President and CEO of MacB; Bruce Lesser, CEO of Martin Enterprises, LLC and of Counsel to Blank Rome, LLP; and Kevin Soder, CFO of Martin Enterprises, LLC, have been elected to the company’s Board of Directors.

    Syd Martin, Vice Chairman of MacB’s Board of Directors said, “We are very pleased to welcome Sid, Bruce and Kevin to the Board. Their knowledge of the National Security market, as well as their operational and business expertise, will be invaluable to the Company as we continue to execute on our growth objectives.”

    “Bruce, Kevin and I are honored to have been elected to the MacB Board of Directors. For more than 30 years, MacB has been at the forefront of providing science, engineering and technical expertise that has played a key role in addressing many of our Nation’s most complex challenges. We look forward to working closely with the Board as we take MacB to the next level,” Sid Fuchs, President and CEO of MacB.

    Fuchs joined MacB in August 2011.  Lesser and Soder joined Martin Enterprises in 2006.
