    Michael Alber and Ray Guillaume Join L-3 Communications

    Mike Alber, L-3 Communications

    L-3 Communications announced that Michael Alber and Ray H. Guillaume will be joining the L-3 Services Group’s (LSG) executive leadership team.  Alber will serve as Engility’s chief financial officer and Guillaume will serve as treasurer.

    Tony Smeraglinolo, Executive Vice President of LSG said, “These appointments are important steps in building a world-class team to lead Engility.  Mike and Ray both bring more than 20 years of financial and management experience with publicly traded companies, as well as deep knowledge of the government services sector.  With these additions, Engility continues to build a leadership team with the substantial industry credential and strong operating skills to move our business forward.”
