Software AG unveiled iKnow, its order visibility solution for order-to-cash process management this week at the Gartner Supply Chain Executive Conference.
iKnow detects and diagnoses order-to-cash anomalies in real time and includes bundled software and services to facilitate deployment in as little as eight weeks.

Snap-In Process Intelligence Template (SNIPIT) supports iKnow and provides additional instrumentation, defined motoring points and tailored alerts.
Software AG has more than1,000 U.S.-enterprise customers and has operated nationwide since 1973.
