The National Institute of Health (NIH) has selected Booz Allen Hamilton as an awardee for the agency’s Chief Information Officers Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC).
The 10-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract is valued at $20 billion for all awardees.
Booz Allen Hamilton, a provider of management and technology consulting services, was an awardee under CIO-SP2 for the previous 10 years.
Under the contract, Booz Allen can compete for individual task orders from federal agencies to provide a wide range of services that support federal IT architectures.
“The CIO-SP3 provides federal agencies a competitive contract to access the right IT services and solutions needed, quickly and efficiently,” said Booz Allen Hamilton Senior Vice President Susan Penfield.
Booz Allen is headquartered in McLean, Virginia and has more than 25,000 employees.
