Novetta Solutions announced that it has appointed Fiona Barshow as Vice President of Business Development. Barshow will be responsible for working with the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security and other law enforcement clients.

“Fiona Barshow is a great addition to the Novetta Solutions team,” Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer Michael Fox said. “She has an exceptional record of identifying and capturing large-scale programs in the law enforcement and national security markets, which aligns with our overall business objectives. I am thrilled to be working with her again.”

Since 2008, Barshow served as Vice President of Business Development at Citizant, Inc. where she was a key driver in planning and executing the company’s business strategy to generate growth and new revenue opportunities in Justice, Law Enforcement and National Security sectors.

In the past, Barshow led business development activities for SRA International, and worked in business development for Pinkerton Computer Consultants (now KForce Government Solutions) and Advanced Management Technology, Inc.

Barshow is on the board of directors of the American Council for Technology – Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) and the IJIS Institute. She has also served as a mentor in formal mentor programs with Women-In-Technology (WIT) and ACT-IAC.
