Bill Weber has been named President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of XL, Inc., a platform company of the Halifax Group.  XL is an acquisition lifecycle and professional services company serving many agencies of the US Federal Government around the globe.  Before joining XL, Weber was President at Kaseman, LLC.

In this role, Weber will lead the company’s strategy and execution of its business plan to efficiently serve the US Federal Government. Weber will report to XL CEO Lloyd Mustin.

“Joining the XL Leadership team is an absolute great fit for me,” said Weber. “Their track record of commitment to their customers and employees, and their desire to scale this business through organic growth and acquisition lines up perfectly with my belief on how a business should be run” Weber told WashingtonExec.  “Over the course of the last several months, I have had the chance to get to know Lloyd and the Halifax Team, and I could not be more excited to take on this role.”

Weber brings over 25 years of experience to XL. Before joining Kaseman as COO, Weber was Senior Vice President at GTSI.

Weber earned his Bachelor of Science at Washington University in St. Louis and completed The Executive Program (TEP) at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business in 2008.
