Arlington Capital Partners announced yesterday that it’s portfolio company White Oak Technologies, Inc. (WOTI) will merge with FGM, Inc. (FGM) to create Novetta Solutions. Novetta provides high-end, mission critical technology solutions to customers within the intelligence and defense communities, and other organizations, working with massive quantities of data. Peter LaMontagne, a veteran federal executive with 23 years of national security and technology experience, has been appointed CEO.
“We are delighted to have found complementary capabilities and the same core WOTI values in FGM,” said Alan Broder, White Oak’s Chief Executive Officer who has been appointed Novetta Chairman and Fellow. “FGM’s expertise in data analytics and information sharing complements WOTI’s WAREMAN® Pro software and big data strengths and will provide enhanced solutions for our government clients.”
Novett is poised to become a pre-eminent technology company supporting clients in some of the nation’s most sensitive environments. The company’s core capabilities include information exploitation, cyber security, cloud computing and solution engineering. Novetta has approximately 350 highly skilled, cleared employees.
“I’m thrilled to join Novetta,” LaMontagne said. “With the merger, the company is truly an elite technology focused platform. Combining these companies’ capabilities, qualifications and expert employees dramatically augments their ability to serve national security needs. I’m proud to be a part of such a talented team.”
Novetta’s senior leaders will be drawn from the existing teams at WOTI and FGM. Along with LaMontagne and Broder, the senior management team will include Scott Gessay, President; Kris Heim, CTO; Larry Chang, Senior Vice President of Operations; and Mike Fox, Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Development and Chief Strategy Officer.
