Marilyn Crouther, HPHP today announced that the VA has selected HP Enterprise Services to continue as a prime contractor for the Compensation and Pension Record Interchange (CAPRI) support program to help deliver quality healthcare to veterans.The contract extends HP’s 10-year involvement with the CAPRI application.“Providing quality healthcare in a timely manner to veterans is a top priority for the VA,” said Marilyn Crouther, senior vice president and general manager, U.S. Public Sector, HP Enterprise Services. “By enhancing the CAPRI application, HP and the VA will provide faster access to healthcare for veterans by expanding the VA’s information exchange network and expediting the claims cycle.”Terms of the contract include a partnership with veteran-owned Systems Made Simple and V-Tech Solutions to complete the project.The CAPRI application enhances claims processing efficiency through online access to shared medical data between the Veterans Health Administration and the Veterans Benefits Administration.
