The SI Organization announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire PhaseOne Communications, a leading strategic communications firm for the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Fortune 500 clients. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Privately-held PhaseOne will combine its refined strategic communications and targeted messaging expertise with SI’s system acquisition and intelligence operations capabilities to grow federal and commercial segments.

Castellum Capital Advisors served as the exclusive financial advisor to PhaseOne on the transaction.
