WashingtonExec asked the simple question to top area executives:
“If you could give your kids only three pieces of advice, what would they be?”
Today’s insight is from Adnan Ahmed, President of CNSI.
Persistence: Hard work pays off at the end. There are no short cuts in life, and your ability to succeed is predicated on the amount of time and effort you put in it.
Perseverance: Continue to go after your dream and don’t give up if you aren’t satisfied with the result. Be patient as you may not succeed in the first round.
Passion: Whatever you do in life, put your heart into it. Whether you are helping your mother with household chores, acting in a school play, or studying for a math test. Do it with your heart. You will be surprised with the result.
