“If you could give your kids only three pieces of advice, what would they be?”
Today’s critical advice comes from Bill Hoover, CEO of AMERICAN SYSTEMS.
1. Personal integrity is fundamental one’s ability to be honest … integrity is being honest with yourself; if you cannot be honest with yourself, you will never be honest with others.
2. Be confident in yourself … not arrogant! Self confidence enables you to be decisive; to take appropriate risks; to do your best and accept whatever the outcome; to recognize that you will never be perfect, but can always be better. These attributes will enable you to differentiate yourself from the crowd.
3. Be balanced in your life’s pursuits … taking care of your family is Job #1!
