Today, MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB) announced several key promotions and the operational consolidation of its wholly-owned subsidiaries. All promotions and changes took effect today.
Michael Zeiser, current President of MacB-ESI, is now the Senior VP and CFO of MacB. Zeiser brings more than 19 years of experience managing dynamic financial and administrative organizations, having served in the past as CFO of Sytex, Inc. and VPof Business Operations for Lockheed Martin’s Army-Navy Programs. Zeiser will report directly to Sid Fuchs, President and CEO of MacB.
MacB has consolidated the business operations of its wholly-owned subsidiaries into one business unit. MacB-ESI and Gray Research, Inc. will remain as independent subsidiaries and operate as Gray Enterprise Solutions (GES) under the leadership of Dennis Werth, the current president of Gray Research. Werth brings over 30 years of leadership experience in both government and private sector organizations to include the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, General Electric Company and ITT Corporation. Werth will report directly to Sid Fuchs.
Michael Ritter, previously MacB’s Corporate Information Security Specialist, is now MacB’s CSO. Ritter will be responsible for all Company and program security management and operations. Ritter has almost 20 years of corporate security related experience. Prior to joining MacB in 2011, he held positions including ISSM, ISSO, SA for Special Projects Classified Systems and CPSO. Ritter will report directly to Sid Fuchs.
In addition, MacB has also promoted the following individuals:
- Jerry Schmiesing to VP of Finance and Accounting
- Vicki Summers to VP of Contracts and Procurement
- Mia Kerivan-O’Malley to Senior Director and CIO
- Katherine Gaskill to Senior Director of Human Resources
- Bob Goodman to Senior Director of Recruiting
- Julie Nicely to Senior Director of Planning and Analysis
- Bernie Murtaugh to Senior Director of Proposal Development Center
