    This week, Cvent released a free eBook titled, “Harness the Conversation—Business in Today’s Social World.” This book provides organizations with tips and techniques for gathering customer and employee feedback and then turning that information into actionable business insights.Cvent’s VP of Marketing Eric Eden said, “Conversations about companies are happening everywhere, across multiple channels. By coupling social media insights with feedback from web surveys, businesses can tap into the conversation and gain a clearer view of employee sentiment and customer priorities. This eBook offers specific feedback collection and analysis strategies for organizations looking to better understand the people that influence their business and, as a result, grow their bottom line.”

    The eBook includes:

    • Tips for building an agile business, including how to establish a regimen to capture the right information at the right time and then how to interpret and act on those insights;
    • Pointers for establishing a “Learning Organization” focused on absorbing, analyzing and acting on the trends and opinions that matter most to improving performance; and
    • Techniques for leveraging online survey software to get the most out of limited resources and turn survey results into meaningful insight.
