    SAIC Appoints Lucy R. Fitch As Senior VP of Corporate Communications

    Lucy Fitch

    Lucy R. Fitch joined the Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) this week as the company’s new Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications. As the Senior Vice President, Fitch will direct SAIC media relation’s, marketing and employee communications.

    Debbie Lee James, SAIC Executive Vice President for Communications and Government Affairs said, “Fitch brings communication and leadership skills, a strategic orientation and a breadth of business experience that combine to make her uniquely qualified to lead SAIC’s communications.”

    Fitch’s past work experience includes serving as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications, at BAE Systems, Inc and the Director of Business Development and Strategic Planning at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Sector. Fitch obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism/Mass Communication from Kansas State University.

    SAIC serves many government agencies as well as other markets. As a Fortune 500 company, SAIC’s 41,000 employees solve important national and social issues in the United States and abroad.
