A national road show was announced this week by BAE Systems to showcase the capabilities of the companies new Hawk Advanced Jet Training System (AJTS). This road show will demonstrate the Hawk AJTS as the newest and best trainer system used by U.S. fighter pilots.
The Hawk AJTS National Road Show will feature video demonstrations, simulations and interactive exhibits, illustrating the Hawk AJTS. “This Road Show offers a unique opportunity for our team to highlight the exceptional capabilities of the Hawk AJTS’ in-flight and ground based training systems while showcasing how it can deliver off-the-shelf capabilities today,” said Robert Wood, Vice President and lead for the BAE Systems, Inc. Hawk Advanced Jet Training System Program.
The Hawk AJTS National Road Show will include a cockpit simulator, desktop trainer, a interactive jet training display and a debrief station where trainers can talk to student pilots.
“The Hawk AJTS far surpasses other training offerings in technological sophistication and integrated capabilities,” said Wood.
Hawk AJTS will be unveiled on September 19 at the Air Force Association’s 2011 Air & Space Conference and Technology Exposition.
