Salient Celebrates New Talent Operations Center in Fairfax

Salient Federal Solutions, Inc, a provider of Federal IT and engineering solutions, celebrates its first year with the opening of a new Talent Operations Center.  The official opening of the center was commemorated on Tuesday at a ribbon-cutting ceremony headed by Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell at Salient’s headquarters in Fairfax, Va.

The Talent Operations Center takes on an innovative approach to qualifying talent that is unique to the federal contracting market.  It features a system that matches IT professionals and engineers to government conditions.  The evaluation process allows Salient to develop complete knowledge of candidates’ skills, strengths, backgrounds, goals and personality traits.  All of these features are evaluated and matched to a given position for the best selection of candidates.

“At the end of the day, program execution depends on the quality of the people we assign to the effort. The process we follow, leveraging our uniquely trained Talent Operation Specialists (TOS), gives us a high degree of confidence in our ability to meet demanding requirements and precisely meet our customer needs,” said Salient’s CEO, Brad Antle (pictured).

Two other Salient Talent Operations Centers are planned for opening in Tampa, Fla. and Colorado Springs, Colo. in 2012.  Other projects Salient has accomplished in this past year has been building a new headquarters office in Fairfax, opening new offices in Sand Diego, Calif. and Orlando, Fla. and supporting the Space and Missile Systems Center University.
