Dovèl Technologies, a Mclean-based software application development and emerging information technology solutions company announced today that, effective immediately, Paul Leslie will be joining the company as their new Chief Executive Officer. Leslie will be taking the place of current CEO and co-founder Elma Levy. Levy will remain active with the company as Chair of the Board.
