Ultra Intelligence & Communications has appointed Bradford Powell as the new president of C2I.

Powell will report directly to Ultra I&C CEO Jon Rucker and will oversee all business unit activities within C2I, supporting the development and execution of the company’s long-term strategic growth strategy.

“I look forward to having Bradford on the team,” Rucker said. “His extensively demonstrated leadership and expertise in strategy development and implementation within the defense industry will reinforce our position in the market and bolster our growth as a company.”

Powell’s career includes serving as a U.S. Air Force acquisition officer before advancing into leadership positions in the defense technology sector. His most recent role was as partner of FON Advisors, LLC, a boutique investment bank specializing in aerospace, defense and government markets.

He has also held leadership positions at Cubic Corp. and Northrop Grumman.

“I am deeply honored to join a team marked by such talent, dedication, and innovative spirit,” Powell said. “Their exceptional work has set a high standard in the industry. Together, we will continue to push boundaries and deliver outstanding results for our clients, further strengthening our position as industry leaders.”
