The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic has awarded Centuria Corporation a prime contract to upgrade the U.S. Navy to a service oriented architecture.

“This is a huge win for us as it recognizes our ability to lead a large, complex defense program,” said Kevin Burke, Centuria founder and CEO, of the service-disabled, veteran-owned small business.

“We’re incredibly confident in our team and look forward to providing incredible support to SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic.”

The company is one of seven other contractors. Combined, the contract is worth up to $249 million, if all options are used for this multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract.
