Serco Inc. has won a new production and engineering services contract, worth $68 million, in support of the United States Navy’s Automated Digital Network Systems (ADNS). The five year contract exercises a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.

“We are proud to deliver solutions to support our Sailor’s missions,” said Vice President of Serco’s Engineering unit, Kent Brown. “We look forward to providing the engineering and integration services needed to support our Navy Warfighters.”

Under the contract, Serco, in support of Shore, Ship and Submarine installations, will perform hardware integration and testing to deliver the Navy’s newest ADNS configuration. Serco will also expand into a larger production facility in San Diego, Calif. for this new work.

Serco is a provider of professional, technology, and management services to the federal government.
