Serco Announces New ID/IQ Contract With U.S. Army

Today, Serco Inc. announced that they have been awarded a new indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract with the U.S. Army to provide support services for the Army’s Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE). The contract vehicle supports the development of training strategies, doctrine, capabilities, analysis, instruction, and products for the current and future force.

Serco will compete for work under seven task areas, including analytical support, instruction, training development, doctrine development, combat development, and simulations and analysis support.  The Company will develop training strategies for the Army’s forces. Under this contract Serco will provide the Army with the full spectrum of training solutions.

Serco’s Senior VP of the Defense & Intelligence Group Harry Gatanas said, “Serco has supported the U.S. Army for over two decades, and we are proud to have the opportunity to work with the Maneuver Center of Excellence. Our training capabilities and managed services provide state-of-the-practice solutions to support their training needs.”

Serco is among seven large business awardees on the $458 million ID/IQ contract over a five-year period.
