LMI announced it will offer highly specialized services and analysis to the Air Force and the Air Force Sustainment Center to support its Readiness-Spares Packages and Readiness-Based Sparing programs under a $33.9 million contract spanning five years.

The company will analyze supply chain data and provide in-depth insights to improve supply chain readiness and management for RSP and RBS, helping decision-making and oversight across the Air Force’s enterprise.

“We are thrilled at LMI to bring our expertise, proven analytic tools, and processes and to continue to deliver superior logistics support to our Air Force partners,” said Jon Baba, senior vice president of LMI’s defense market.

LMI will work with AFSC to introduce optimization tools that align with the goals of AFSC 2.0 and the Digital Depot Vision for Industry. The Air Force is expected to benefit from advanced logistics practices and computational logic for requirements, aiming for supply chain innovation at lower risk and cost.

“We are delighted to continue to provide world-class supply chain support and expertise to our AFSC mission partner. Our priority remains sustaining weapon system readiness to deliver America’s air power for great power competition,” said Trish Csank, LMI vice president for supply chain management.
