ManTech International Corporation named James E. Fraser director of its Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) Center.
Fraser was Vice President of CGI Federal’s GWAC solution center and small business program. He also served various positions with EDS, CSC, DynCorp and Dynamic.
Louis M. Addeo, President and Chief Operating Officer of ManTech’s Technical Services Group said, “Jim brings extensive experience to our newly formed GWAC Center. We look forward to his leadership in building the tools and processes to maximize the positive impact of our GWAC portfolio.”
Fraser will be responsible for using the GWAD Center, allowing ManTech to better serve its clients through GWACS, GSA schedules and indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract vehicles.
