Roach, President and CEO of CGI added, “I would like to thank Donna Morea for her tremendous contribution to CGI and I am pleased that she has agreed to be nominated for election to our Board of Directors at our Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in February 2012 so that we may continue to benefit from her experience.”
