Electronic Consulting Services, Inc., which has more than doubled in recent years to 1,200 employees and over $200 million in annual revenue, has acquired enterprise software firm iLuMinA. The company provides engineering, IT and business services to federal clients.

ILuMinA has had success in federal program management with the Depart. of Defense since its start in 2005, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) software development.

ECS’s President and COO, George Wilson, said, “The acquisition of iLuMinA gives ECS leading expertise in the DoD ERP space and brings another company into our family with a similar focus on customer satisfaction, supporting the mission, and a high standard of quality work.”

This is ECS’s third company acquisition in just over a year. ILuMinA’s founders, Gary McKay, Micheline Lopez-Estrada and Simone Acha, will stay on after the acquisition is complete.
