HumanTouch LLC announced April 18 that the company has opened an office in the Atlanta area to service the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

“Our presence in Atlanta demonstrates our long-term commitment to the CDC and FDA and further establishes HumanTouch as one of the premier health care solution providers to the Federal government,” HumanTouch Vice President of Health Ilene Yarnoff said. “Our commitment to customer service excellence and help desk innovation is our winning formula and it is the reason we are selected to provide these types of services to the CDC, the FDA and other Federal agencies.”

The new office will provide help desk and IT support to the federal health market. From this new location, HumanTouch will deliver user support, training, quality assurance/testing assistance, documentation, technical writing for scientific and programmatic systems, and web-based application development against recent contract wins.
