ManTech Wins $25M Task Order to Support The Defense Commissary Agency

ManTech International Corporation has won a task order, worth at $25 million with a one year base period and four additional option years, under its GSA IT Schedule 70 contract.

“DeCA operates about 250 DoD commissaries with approximately 15,000 employees, all supported by a variety of information systems accessed by 5,500 computers worldwide,” said Louis M. Addeo, president and chief operating officer of ManTech’s Technical Services Group. “ManTech’s extensive information technology and software engineering experience around the globe will provide DeCA a valuable resource for continuing their efforts to enhance the quality of life for America’s military and their families.”

The contract is to provide technical and operations support services for the Defense Commissary Agency’s (DeCA) worldwide information applications, which is responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of all Department of Defense commissaries worldwide.

Under the task order, ManTech will provide program management, software maintenance, integration, application migration/upgrades, and deployment services for existing DeCA information applications, including mission critical ordering, receiving and financial systems.
