WashingtonExec Series: Federal Mobile Computing Summit & Technology Showcase

At the annual Federal Mobile Computing Summit on Aug. 8, leaders in government and business gathered at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center to discuss digital strategy. Panel topics included bring-your-own-device policies (BYOD), mobile health, and security and privacy issues (FedRAMP). Federal contracting firms were also on hand to showcase their latest offerings.

WashingtonExec was a media sponsor of the event, and talked with some companies about how they’re innovating mobility for the federal space.

Dante Ricci, director of federal innovation at enterprise software and software service provider SAP had this to share about his company’s cutting edge approach:

“SAP’s market-leading mobility solutions are establishing new possibilities and practices in public sector settings. SAP is an industry leader in empowering enterprises of all sizes to ‘unwire’ themselves by mobilizing their data and activities. SAP and its large ecosystem of certified business partners offer a wide range of mobile apps and underlying infrastructure for seamless integration with business and analytics applications from SAP or other providers.”
