TeraThink has been selected as a prime contractor by the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation for the agency’s Financial Management Systems-Information Technology Support Services contract.

The 5-year unrestricted single-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract has a ceiling of $100 million.

Under the contract, TeraThink will carry out task orders to maintain, upgrade, consolidate and simplify PBGC’s financial management systems to better align with the organization’s business, IT and mission requirements.

The primary task areas on the FMS-ITSS contract include project management; development, modernization and engineering; operations and maintenance; enterprise architecture; training; continuity of operations; data management; audit readiness; and advisory and consulting services.

“This award from the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation demonstrates the continuing success of TeraThink’s strategy to lead transformation initiatives,” said TeraThink CEO Dan Maguire. “We welcome the opportunity to support PBGC with their strategic goals.”
