Sevatec has won a prime contract to provide data management services for the Labor Department’s Office of the Chief Information Officer.

Under the contract, Sevatec will support the VETS Data Exchange, and Employment & Training Administration Unemployment Insurance projects across a number of tasks including data architecture, data analytics, data modeling, data warehousing, data visualization and data-driven application development.

“Data collection, dissemination and analysis is a critical component of DOL’s mission as they interface with the American public, federal and state agencies, and public and private sector organizations,” said Anantha Bangalore, Sevatec’s chief technology officer. “With extensive data analytics and business intelligence expertise, Sevatec looks forward to transforming the department’s IT infrastructure into a single, unified, and centrally managed infrastructure with the agility to support DOL-specific business processes.”
