QinetiQ North America (QNA) was recently awarded a contract under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) II, Unrestricted Functional Category 1 – Service Delivery track. EAGLE II is a large scale, multiple award, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract that serves as the department-wide platform for acquiring IT services with a five-year base period of performance and a two-year option period.

“This EAGLE II award represents the strength of QNA’s partnership with DHS, and we are excited to expand our partnership under this contract,” said John Sutton, general manager of QinetiQ North America’s Mission Solutions business unit. “DHS has entrusted our experts to help improve its network, communications and security infrastructure, and this award enables our team to continue to support DHS missions going forward.”

EAGLE II will serve as DHS’s next generation IT support services contract vehicle. Under the contract, QNA will compete to provide system design, development, implementation and integration; software design and development; and operations and maintenance support.
