Peraton has received an Other Transaction Authority Prototype contract from the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center to develop cyber infrastructure supporting Air Force and joint cyber operations. The prototype could lead to a 5-year production contract if successful.

“Winning this award required a whole-of-enterprise approach, pulling strengths from across our workforce made up of more than 18,000 employees,” said Tom Afferton, president of Cyber Mission Sector at Peraton. “This work underscores the trust the Air Force has placed in Peraton to deliver innovative and resilient solutions for mission-critical cyber operations. Our team of experts will help strengthen the infrastructure and tools required to defend national security interests in an increasingly complex cyberspace domain.”

Under the award, Peraton will design, integrate and prototype advanced cyber infrastructure solutions to strengthen the Air Force’s ability to rapidly field interoperable and secure cyber capabilities. The work includes systems engineering, network and infrastructure support, and mission-focused cyber technologies that equip operators to meet evolving requirements.
