Halfaker and Associates, LLC has been awarded a contract to support the Department of Veterans Affairs’ next-generation cybersecurity operations center.

The work is part of VA’s Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation, or T4NG, contract vehicle. Under the contract, Halfaker will supplement VA’s cyber workforce and safeguard VA and veteran data.

The task order has a base period of one year plus four option years and a total value of $185 million.

“As the sophistication and scale of cyberattacks continue to increase and evolve across the globe, we are honored to be able to support the VA in achieving intelligence-driven detection, protection, and response capabilities that are flexible and sustainable in the face of an ever-morphing modern threat landscape,” said Halfaker President and CEO Dawn Halfaker.
