Dovel Technologies subsidiary Medical Science & Computing LLC has been awarded one of five Scientific, Operations, and Administrative Resources contracts from the National Institutes of Health.

Under the 5-year, $3.6 billion indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract, all 27 NIH institutes and centers can procure professional services under the SOAR program. This includes supporting new and in-progress research projects, and program deployment and implementation to fulfill the NIH’s biomedical research programs.

“The NIH’s mission is critical to serving our country, and we are honored to be selected to continue our long-standing relationship through this important new contract,” said Dovel CEO Damon Griggs. “We look forward to leveraging our deep subject matter expertise and combining it with our advanced technologies to support the SOAR program as well as make a positive impact for society.”

The contract has over 300 labor categories available to support that range from clinical, basic and translational scientific research, to professional administration and facility operations.

“We are proud to serve NIH and the important missions of their biomedical research programs,” said Medical Science & Computing Senior Vice President of Life Sciences Anna Koroleva. “Our team of scientists, analysts, technicians, engineers, and more are ready and excited to further support the advancement of scientific research and development.”
