CACI International has won a 6-year single award contract by the Department of Veteran Affairs with a ceiling value of over $152 million to support VA’s Financial Management Business Transformation Program.

Under this contract, CACI engineers will use agile methodologies and DevSecOps solutions to move VA’s historical data to its new Integrated Financial and Acquisition Management System. CACI will also develop new interfaces to integrate numerous information systems and data to provide efficient and secure service to veterans and their families.

Using its Agile Solution Factory, CACI will deliver the benefits of agile development at an enterprise scale. This approach will enable faster knowledge sharing within VA, reduce the risk of delays and ensure accurate data is readily available.

“This award is the latest in CACI’s continued success supporting finance and acquisition systems across the federal government, backed by the ASF, one of the largest and most modern Agile frameworks used by the federal government,” said John Mengucci, the company’s president and CEO. “CACI looks forward to providing enterprise expertise in support of the FMBT as the VA modernizes its financial system.”
