AT&T Wins Military’s Pacific Region Network Contract

AT&T has won a contract to provide communications services for military operations in the Pacific region.

The custom, high-speed network will support operations from the Hawaiian Islands. Highly secure, the network will support integrated voice, video and data services. The Defense Information Systems Agency contract is for 10 years.

“We’re honored to deliver capabilities that complement our vision of a ‘Network of the Future’ for DISA,” said Anthony Robbins, vice president-Defense, AT&T Global Public Sector. “We’re equipping warfighter in the Pacific region with voice, data and video capabilities to help improve mission effectiveness.”
