
Acentra Health has acquired FEI Systems, expanding its healthcare technology platform and strengthening offerings across Medicaid systems, care management and behavioral health services.
Both organizations bring decades of experience helping state and federal agencies modernize healthcare delivery through technology and clinical expertise, the company said.
Together, they provide a portfolio spanning eligibility, assessments, provider management, claims and encounter processing, care coordination, behavioral health, case management, LTSS and HCBS.
