Last week, ManTech International Corporation announced that it was awarded a prime contract to provide continuing logistics, analytical and program support services for the U.S. Navy. The program will provide its services to the U.S. Navy’s Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) in Norfolk, Virginia. With a ceiling value of $6.8 million, the single-award contract has one base year with four option periods.

“ManTech has extensive experience providing logistics support services to our current customers,” said Terry M. Ryan, president and Chief Operating Officer of ManTech’s Systems Engineering and Advanced Technology Group. “We look forward to continuing our support to FISC by providing unique skills and competencies for three core service areas — Logistics Supply Chain Management, Business Management, and Quality Management. We are excited for the opportunity to operate as an extended member of the Navy Supply Systems Command Team.”

ManTech is a leading provider of innovative technologies and solutions for mission-critical national security programs. The corporation has more than 10,000 professionals employed around the world and has served clients such as the Department of Defense, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
