Acentia, formerly known as Interactive Technology Solutions (ITSolutions), launched a new name, website and brand today in order to fully represent its team and importance of solutions and programs the company offers to customers.
“Making sure that an organization’s information technology infrastructure can meet its essential mission demands, both today and into the future, can mean the difference between success and failure,” said Acentia CEO Todd Stottlemyer. “Our branding initiative around our new name Acentia reflects our commitment to being a trusted partner to our customers, ensuring their success.”
The technology and management solutions company has grown into a team of more than 700 professionals with offices all across the country. The company will continue to build partnerships with the federal government and commercial clients while continuing to provide innovative solutions.
In addition to the company’s revamp, Acentia announced the appointment of Mike Daniels and Major General Elder Granger, MD, USA (Ret.) to its Board of Directors. Daniels was formerly the Chairman and CEO of Network Solutions where he led the 2000 merger between Network Solutions and VeriSign. He also served on many positions on international commissions and advisory boards. Granger brings experience from the healthcare field where he helped build the U.S. Department of Defense health plan policy and performance programs. He also led many U.S. Military Hospitals in the U.S., Iraq and Germany.
