Jodi Chapin

Director, Marketing Communications, AT&T

With a career spanning more than 30 years at AT&T, Jodi Chapin has seen, experienced and helped lead monumental transformations in marketing and technology. Yet, the priority that has remained constant for her is focusing on the people that drive the innovation.

As director of marketing for AT&T’s public sector organization, Chapin and her team have launched a series of campaigns that elevate the experts and leaders in public sector.

“The talented executives and civil servants — and the industry experts that support them — across federal agencies, defense, state and local governments and education is extraordinary,” Chapin said. “Elevating the stories of innovation that these leaders are driving is beneficial to the entire market. Shared ideas can solve complex challenges.”

Chapin credits the publications and associations in public sector as being integral to their success.

“We have a common goal to showcase how government agencies and education institutions are embracing the promise of a return to better, not just normal,” she said. “Our shared objective is to serve the public sector and support the mission.”
