Pamela Merritt

Managing Director, Marketing and Communications, Accenture Federal Services

As senior managing director for marketing and communications at Accenture Federal Services, Pamela Merritt brings to life how the company helps the federal government secure the nation and make life better for millions of people.

It was a year of innovation marked by key milestones, including the company’s acquisition of Novetta and creation of the national security practice; and dedication of its St. Louis Advanced Technology Center and launch of new apprenticeship and apprentice-in-training programs that expand access to training and in-demand digital jobs.

“I’m proud of the creativity and results that our team delivered to spotlight the incredible innovation happening across our business from D.C. to Huntsville and St. Louis to San Antonio,” Merritt said. “And the year-over-year growth in our company’s brand and digital engagement reflected it.”

“Pamela has built up her successful track record of supporting the significant growth of Accenture Federal Services, expertly showcasing the company’s culture of innovation,” noted Ira Entis, senior managing director for growth and strategy at Accenture Federal Services. “Her leadership also played a significant role in positioning the company to be named a Greater Washington Contractor of the Year in 2021.”

She also noted the team will work closely with the business and outside partners to help bring new talent to the company — including veterans, military spouses and people from underrepresented communities.
