Laine Klein’s biggest achievement will be establishing strong alignment, clarity and execution as president of Chugach Government Solutions while positioning the company for its next phase of growth.
Since joining the CGS team, Klein is focused on listening to employees and customers, strengthening leadership cadence, and implementing data-driven business reviews to improve accountability and performance. This foundation is enabling CGS to scale responsibly while continuing to deliver mission-critical outcomes for federal customers.

Fun fact: Klein has a deep love of travel and experiencing other cultures. She has traveled extensively for work and personal reasons — from Alaska to Africa — often using every form of transportation imaginable along the way. These experiences shaped her perspective, strengthened her leadership style and continue to inspire her curiosity about the world.
