Tonia Patt’s biggest recent achievement was leading the development and launch of Two Six Technologies’ first internal manager training program, Becoming a People Leader, a major milestone in the company’s leadership development efforts despite not having a formal learning and development team.
Through employee focus groups, months of collaboration with a core team and pilot testers, Patt and her team built a foundational training program and introduced new resources to better support managers. Building on that momentum, they are now rolling out a second phase of live workshops focused on deepening leadership skills, continuing their user-informed, experience-driven approach.
Two Six also launched several internal working groups and partnered externally to explore where AI can drive efficiency and improve service for employees. The focus is not on replacing roles but on improving the capabilities of people leaders and managers. The company is implementing AI as a tool to streamline operations, elevate performance and empower the workforce.

In 2025, Patt’s team is focused on enhancing the employee experience and developing people leaders. They are taking a strategic, end-to-end approach to improving the workplace while equipping the next generation of leaders with the tools they need to succeed.
“Looking ahead, my priority is to shape a forward-thinking vision that creates meaningful opportunities for the next generation of Two Six people leaders and managers,” she said. “We are setting our sights high- I aim to inspire our team to navigate challenges with both grace and grit. Fun Fact: Patt was a certified aerobic instructor for nearly 20 years. She still loves being in the gym and finds that working out is her favorite way to reset and clear her mind.
