Randy Sheppard is a respected HR leader at Boeing, focusing on sustainability and government operations from the company’s Arlington, Virginia, headquarters. With over 20 years of HR leadership experience, he played a key role in driving success across multiple divisions.

Sheppard’s diverse HR journey spans pivotal roles in Boeing Defense, Space & Security, Corporate HR, Total Rewards and Employee Relations. He began his career as an HR generalist in Macon, Georgia, supporting the C-17 program for Boeing Defense, Space & Security. His strategic expertise further expanded during his tenure as chief of staff to the senior vice president of human resources and administration and vice president of corporate and SSG Human Resources.
