Laurie Foglesong’s most significant recent accomplishment is driving improvement in employee engagement across the business. Belcan prides itself on being a people-first organization and focuses on identifying new ways to deliver a rewarding and satisfying employee experience.
Her team works to make employees feel appreciated by organizing special events, holding discussions to collect opinions on the company’s values and starting new programs based on what employees suggest. This includes a new orientation program for new hires and training for managers who directly oversee staff.
