He’s responsible for ensuring the nation’s most critical health care systems serving the public, service members and veterans are powered by secure, high-performance technologies that enable better outcomes and mission readiness.
Namvar is known for his commitment to customer service and partnership, working closely with federal agencies to deliver tailored compute solutions that meet evolving mission needs. By bringing Intel’s engineering expertise directly to customers, his team helps agencies and organizations evaluate options, optimize performance, and implement the right technologies to modernize infrastructure and advance new capabilities.
Under his leadership, Intel supports innovation across federal health care, including AI-enabled diagnostics, advanced medical imaging, and scalable infrastructure for clinical and research environments. He also aligns these efforts with national priorities, including strengthening domestic semiconductor manufacturing and ensuring secure, resilient access to critical technologies.

Fun fact: Namvar is a true local, having attended elementary school, high school and college all within a 1-mile radius. Today, he leads Intel’s federal healthcare team from its Fairfax office, still within that same mile.
