Dr. Roman Salasznyk’s greatest achievement this past year was working with integrated, multidisciplinary teams to deliver transformative solutions at scale across the payer, provider and public health enterprise. The approach empowered federal health clients to strengthen mission performance, modernize IT service delivery and support government health programs of national importance.
As a leader in Guidehouse’s Federal Health practice, Salasznyk and his team draw on the firm’s public and commercial sector expertise to help federal health, benefits, and human services agencies deliver lasting innovation.
As the federal government is undertaking significant initiatives to empower its agencies to be more responsive, operationally efficient and improve the health and well-being of the American public, Guidehouse is accelerating technology-driven adoption at the enterprise level to help automate workflows, enhance decision-making and modernize capabilities to improve mission outcomes.
“As a global, AI-led professional services firm, Guidehouse’s passion is to lead our clients to realize multigenerational change at the intersection of mission, emerging technology, and data-enabled transformation,” Salasznyk said. “I am grateful for the opportunity to lead talented professionals focused on delivering results for our clients’ most complex challenges and strategic priorities.”

“Roman is a leader who understands both the responsibility and the opportunity that comes with serving federal health missions, especially as there is a concerted push to modernize their operations and improve access and quality of care for those who need it most,” said M.
