Chad Kim, Bcore

Chad Kim

CEO, Bcore

Chad Kim’s most significant recent accomplishment was the rapid launch of the Bcore platform. In just 77 days, the company merged three companies — Bridge Core, GeoYeti and teKnoluxion — into a single entity. This challenging task streamlined operations and significantly improved capabilities in agile intelligence support, insights and enterprise IT services essential for mission success. Bcore is now uniquely positioned to offer the intelligence community more comprehensive and advanced intelligence solutions than before.

“‘Nothing is hard; just new’ – this mantra propels us at Bcore, fostering a mindset where challenges are opportunities for innovation and growth,” Kim said. “It’s about consistency, tempo, focus and transparency. With a team that’s trustworthy and competent, aligned with our mission, we are unstoppable. At Bcore, we don’t merely adapt to change; we are the architects of it, constantly staying several steps ahead in the realm of intelligence and technology.”

Why Watch

In 2024, Bcore’s main focus is on building an exceptional people-centric company. This vision is based on a strategy that empowers employees, creating a culture of growth and opportunity. The company is dedicated to carefully expanding its capabilities, ensuring each step provides new career opportunities and enhances overall expertise.

At the core of Bcore’s approach is disciplined innovation, with a commitment to quickly integrating new and relevant technologies to support client missions. The goal is to transform intelligence gathering, analysis and use, greatly improving contributions to national security and the effectiveness of intelligence operations.

Fun Fact: Kim recently started focusing on life balance by making cycling his main activity. He finds peace and clarity in cycling, similar to how others find it in golf. While riding on the W&OD and Custis trails, he thinks about and solves problems. These rides alone are important for his thinking and new ideas. In the DMV area, he’s part of a community of industry leaders who also enjoy cycling. Kim cycles with a group of influential people, which allows him to see different viewpoints and enjoy their company. “This activity, while a personal passion, also contributes significantly to my professional effectiveness,” he said.
