Hathaway’s team is heavily focused on delivering deployable, advanced tech solutions for DOW clients, helping them achieve mission outcomes, gain operational efficiencies and drive their modernization efforts. MANTECH’s data and AI solutions have expanded with the addition of Elder Research, which has accelerated its capabilities on new applications like predictive maintenance, and complements MANTECH’s cyber, digital and intelligent engineering offerings.

“We’re seeing the importance of readiness and performance play out in real-time operations across multiple military theaters,” Hathaway said. “Emerging technologies like non-kinetic effects, hypersonics, cognitive cyber and Data and AI offer tactical and logistical advantages to help drive readiness in contested environments. This not only drives new capabilities, but also operational efficiencies that can be critical to the warfighter and mission success.”
